Growing wild on the birch trees of Baltic forests, chaga mushroom offers a natural way to support your immunity. Chaga is naturally high in beta-glucans, special polysacchrides which support the normal function of your immune system. As an adaptogen, chaga mushroom can also help your body adapt to environmental and mental stress, bringing you back to a state of relaxed wellbeing. Chaga may also support your metabolism and cardiovascular health, although further research is needed.

Ingredients and nutrition
Ingredients: 100% dried wild chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus (L.)). No added fillers. Non-GMO. Wild harvested in Europe.
How to enjoy: “Add ½ to 1tsp of our Wild Chaga Mushroom Powder to 250ml hot water and steep (or simmer) for 25-30 minutes. Take up to twice a day.
Remember to take a break of about a week after 20 days of use.
Children and pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take our Wild Chaga Mushroom Powder. This is simply because little research has been done into any potential risks to these groups of the medicinal mushrooms within.
